Industrial wastewater treatment systems

Nowadays, more production is being done to meet the needs in the face of increasing consumption demands. With this increased production, the damage caused to the environment by pollutants in waste is also increasing day by day.

The development of the industry every passing day, product diversity, and the differences in the processes used and developed in the sectors cause the formation of new and different wastes. For this reason, the determination of critical features such as the treatability of the wastewater to be treated, the determination of the treatment process, the selection of the system and chemical substances to be used and their dosages require meticulous work and process. In order to meet the needs of our customers who have a treatment request, wastewater samples are taken from the facility, necessary analyses are performed in our laboratory and wastewater characterization is determined. Thus, it is determined with which process the wastewater formed will be effectively treated. In this direction, project studies are carried out and the treatment plant is designed.

The facilities are generally designed to include suitable processes such as automatic cleaning coarse screen, automatic cleaning fine screen, belt conveyor, compactor, flow measurement unit, grit trap and oil trap, lifting unit, pH neutralization unit, coagulation unit, flocculation unit, sedimentation unit, aeration tanks, sedimentation tanks, distribution structures, sludge thickening, sludge dewatering, disinfection unit and odor removal unit according to the wastewater capacity and character.

Industrial treatment plants can be made of package, reinforced concrete or polyethylene tanks, depending on the wastewater capacity and character
